After cutting my teeth with Toronto bands Jericho, Solid Foundation and Rockstone in the late 80s and early 90s, I went out on my own. This was the cover of my 'demo' cassette aptly entitled "Branchin' Out", shot by reggae advocate, Rastaman Greg Lawson around 1993. The five song cassette found its way into the hands of Kingston Muzik CEO Neils Peter Blake, who funded the completion of my first album What If I Told You in 1996, which went on to be nominated for "Best Reggae Recording" at the Juno Awards in 2000.
